Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Remote-I web-based software-as-a-service platform (“Platform”), operated by Remote-I Ltd.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a hospital, imaging centre, or other organisation (“Customer”), you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Remote-I does not replace RIS/PACS systems and does not provide diagnostic reporting services. Remote-I does not give clinical advice or assume clinical responsibility for patient care.

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1. Account Information

Users must provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them updated. Hospitals are responsible for ensuring only authorised staff access the Platform.

3.2. Security

Users must safeguard login credentials and enable MFA where required. The Provider is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access caused by the User’s failure to secure credentials.

3.3. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if: these Terms are violated, unlawful or unsafe activity is suspected, or continued access presents a security or compliance risk.

4. Customer Responsibilities (Hospitals / Imaging Centres)

5. Radiographer Responsibilities

Radiographers are responsible for:

The Provider is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legitimacy of radiographer documents.

6. Pricing and Payment

Radiographer accounts are free of charge. Hospital Customers must pay subscription fees in accordance with the pricing proposal or subscription agreement (“Subscription Plan”). All fees:

7. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The DPA forms an integral part of these Terms.

Hospitals act as Controllers for job and compliance data. Remote-I Ltd acts as Controller for user account data and as Processor for any patient-related or job-related data processed on behalf of Hospitals.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or misleading content, attempt to bypass security mechanisms, misuse the Platform for purposes other than radiography workflow management, or interfere with system stability or other users’ access. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this clause.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, design, trademarks, documentation and related intellectual property, is owned by the Provider. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform during the subscription term. Reverse engineering, copying, reselling or sublicensing the Platform is prohibited.

10. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control. Support is provided via e-mail: support@remote-i.com.

Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice as defined in the Subscription Plan. Upon termination: Customer access will be disabled, the Provider will retain or delete data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable DPA, and unpaid fees remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
